MAY’S GROUP SESSIONS
Emotional Maturity for Women Who FEEL
May’s sessions are for the deep feelers, the overthinkers, and the women who care hard—sometimes too hard.
If you've ever struggled with when to speak and when to be silent, how to handle your emotions when they get too loud, or how to stay soft without falling apart, then these sessions were created with you in mind. Each lesson this May is designed to help you gain emotional maturity without sacrificing your sensitivity. You’ll learn how to master your emotions, navigate conflict with grace, and stop sabotaging your peace just because you feel everything so deeply.
Silence vs. Punishment
There is power in your silence when it’s rooted in intention. In this session, you’ll learn how to use silence to reflect, observe, self-regulate, reserve your energy, and create healthy space without using it to punish or manipulate. This is about emotional maturity through stillness, not withdrawal. Learn the difference between the power of silence and the pain of shutting down.
From Defensive to Understanding
Even when the delivery is hard to hear, emotional maturity allows you to listen without reacting. In this session, we’ll practice receiving feedback with compassion and grace without immediately shutting down or becoming defensive. You’ll learn how to build tolerance for triggering moments so you can respond with emotional intelligence instead of escaping the growth. You’ll discover how to reset your mindset during conflict and outgrow the urge to correct, prove, or compete.
Emotional Needs vs. Emotional Wants
When you clearly understand your emotional needs, you communicate better, set healthier boundaries, and reduce self-sabotage. This session helps you distinguish between what nourishes your well-being and what feeds your ego. You’ll also uncover where your emotional demands may be unrealistic—so you can improve your self-love practices and ask for what’s truly supportive.
Surrender vs. Detachment
This final session teaches how to release what’s out of your control without becoming cold or distant. There is a difference between letting go and shutting down. You’ll learn how to trust the process, even when it feels uncertain—and remain open to what you love without guarding yourself with fear or control.
